We provide the following services for our students and recruits, at various levels of industry exposure:
- Recruiting and placement services for contract and direct hire at the highest available rates per hour
- Training programs as refresher courses, for pre-certification preparedness, and apprentice level
- Post-placement support for the initial 6 month period from original hire date
For experienced Scrum Masters:
We will help you refine your panel interview skills and resume review.
We will provide you support throughout your first 6 months as of original hire date.
We will also provide you with pre-certification preparedness training.
For all other applicants:
Full Scrum Master Training Program - 8 weeks

How does it work...
The road to greatness starts with the first step. No matter who you are and regardless of your background if you are willing to work hard anything is achievable. Students receive full hands-on support from their assigned coach from graduation all through their first six months after placement.
There are no upfront costs for the Full Scrum Master Training program (*except when certification is elected). We only ask that you sign and agree to work with our recruiting department exclusively for 1 year job placement, after course completion. For Pre-Certification Training students there is a 6 month requirement for exclusive placement plus certification exam fees.
Full Scrum Master Training:
- 6 weeks of lecture, videos, and training material sub-divided into modules
- 2 weeks of interview preparation, resume review, and practice panel interviews
- Graduation ceremony
- Job Placement
- 6 month Coaching Support
